We all struggle to take care of ourselves, especially as leaders making sure everyone else is being taken care of.  Join us with your coffee, soft drink, energy water, etc. to share and discuss ideas, strategies, and practices that you use yourself for practicing self care and making yourself a priority.  This will be an open forum discussion and attendees will be active in sharing insight, asking questions, and when applicable resources will be provided.
