Cincinnati State Tech & Comm Coll
ECE Professor and Program Chair
Hello! My name is Kelly Hubbard. I am a Professor and Program Chair for the ECE Program at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have twenty-plus years of experience in Early Childhood. I have been with Cincinnati state since 2014, beginning as an Adjunct Instructor and taking a full-time position in 2015.  I have also worked in Head Start, public schools and private faith-based programs.

Our program consists of 300+ lab/field placement hours many of which are conducted at our on-campus Lab School, The William L. Mallory Early Learning Program. This program was recently contracted out to an area leader in ECE Programming, Learning Grove. We have a fabulous partnership and excited to enhance our collaborations with our mutual learnings here at the N4C Conference.

A little about me personally, husband Billy and I are approaching our 22nd wedding anniversary, I have two young adult children, Trey & Brooke and an English Bulldog named Cady. I love to travel, especially to the beach! During my free time I enjoy watching sports (Who-Dey!), listening to music, eating chicken wings, and boating in the summer months.
