Anti-Bias Education LIVE
Join us as we continue the conversation in our Anti-Bias Education and Methodology series about creating and enhancing equity in campus-based children’s centers. Anti-bias education is an approach to teaching and learning designed to increase understanding of differences and their value to a respectful and civil society and to actively challenge bias, stereotyping and all forms of discrimination in schools and communities. It incorporates inclusive curriculum that reflects diverse experiences and perspectives, instructional methods that advance all students’ learning, and strategies to create and sustain safe, inclusive and respectful learning communities.

First time attendees and those who have joined us for discussions previously are welcome and encouraged to join in. Our panelists and participants will engage in a live and in-depth discussion about our continued anti-bias work, including conversations with colleagues and the changes made to our environment, curriculum and programming.

Resources and previous Anti-Bias Education presentations can be found on the N4C website. Follow this link https://www.campuschildren.org/  and then move to the he "Zoom Presentation" page under the "Resources" tab.
